Madelise Stardust Hotel & Travel

Great service very helpful and attentive

Just I would like a bath tub but it was so cheap so I can’t expect too much.

Very good hotel! Great location, friendly staff, and spotless rooms

All staff, very friendly and helpful with great local information. Great front desk team always available if you needed help

This hotel is really good and the price is worthed it. Nice staff and very quiet, love the peaceful

Nothing, all very good

Nice place which was great for me as I was working online for some days. Exceptionally clean, lovely Rooms looking out to the city. The reception went above and beyond with their attention to detail, and assistance. Front desk team speak excellent English. I would definitely recommend a stay at this place

Excellent service from friendly staff. Upon checking, the staff patiently gave us a comprehensive intro to eateries and activities around. Room very clean and nice view

All good

The hotel is very clean, spacious and airy, has a lovely and enthusiastic staff, very satisfied

the hotel staff was very good and professional hotel good location

room was to small. no proper coffee in room

We were on the 6th floor and had a great view of the street below without being on the middle of all the noise and bustle. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful

Passable

i paid online full amount and deduct from my bank. but when i arrived hotel they said the payment not yet done and you have to pay cash. so i paid cash. one week i follow up with hotel they said not yet received. once i back to bank they confirmed that hotel received the payment. i sent many communications there is no reply from hotel side

The service was decent.

It was very noisy, making it hard to sleep. The first night in particular, the room opposite us (which seemed to be rented out on a permanent basis) was making lots of noise until 2 am and then again at 7am. This meant we only got 5 hours sleep. They then moved us to the bottom floor, which was better but still noisy. The other aspects of the hotel was okay but nothing special. If you want to go, I recommend avoiding the top floor and bottom floor rooms.

Comfy clean beds and clean room and bathroom.

Hot water in the shower went after 2 mins so it was cold

Great location. Was really easy to walk to all the main places in Hanoi. The girl at reception was so lovely and helpful!

My room didn’t have a window and that wasn’t stipulated at the time of booking

Ming is perfect She took care of everything for me and even more.

The Service and the staff were excellent!! We had a huge window in our room which we loved.

The staff was very friendly and kind
